Potatoes are among the most versatile root vegetables on the planet and virtually everyone loves them.  However, making them healthier does not mean just boiling them LOL!  Oven roasting them does the trick too with just a little healthy olive oil, and the ideal seasoning, and you’ve done it.

The Whole Family Will Love Them:

You won’t find many ways to prepare potatoes that the whole family will love than this simple recipe with only 3 ingredients. The use of Montreal Steak Spice is the key, since it has everything you need to give it a huge kick of flavour and now you can find it in virtually every supermarket. But if you can’t here’s a link to a fellow Canadian’s blog on how to make it yourself–thanks Barry!

Homemade Montreal Steak Spice – less expensive plus you control the salt level.
